Illuminating Insights: Emotional Talent

Monday was a day full of business and lending insights and networking that wrapped with a glowing evening for CUNA Lending Council Conference attendees (shown above).

One highlight worth noting from the day is from Net Minds CEO and best-selling author Tim Saunders, who shared the description below of how many people in business react to disruption in his keynote session, Emotional Talent: The Final Relationship Frontier.

"Some companies have figured out how to make the leap from being disrupted to becoming adaptive," he said, pointing out that success often means replacing fear with curiosity.
